Whoo's Cute accepts payment for items via PayPal
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the names on all personalised products are correct prior to purchase. All names will be printed exactly as they appear within your order. Whoo's Cute will take no responsibility for spelling mistakes due to customer error. If an item is received with a mistake due to error, Whoo's Cute must be contacted within seven (7) days of receiving item to discuss a resolution.
Whoo's Cute will post to Australian locations only. We post via Australia Post and selected couriers
We offer standard shipping within Australia of:
$10 delivery for all orders under $200
FREE DELIVERY for all orders greater than $200
We dispatch within 3 - 5 business days. Please allow 5 - 10 working days within Australian Metropolitan regions or 7 - 21 working days for orders delivered to regional locations within Australia. Please allow up to 28 working days for pre-order and personalised items unless otherwise specified.
Items that are sent via courier will be sent with an authority to leave. Please leave a note at checkout if you do not want an authority to leave. In the absence of an authority to leave a signature on delivery will be required. Where authority to leave is not given and a package is returned undelivered Whoo's Cute will require additional postage payment prior to the parcel being re-sent.
While we do everything to ship your order complete, in some cases depending on stock availability, we may need to short ship your order.
You will receive a notification in your parcel that the remaining items from your order will be arriving separately.
In the case of pre-order stock, if it is purchased in the same order as currently available stock, we will hold all stock until the pre-order items arrive. (Please allow up to 28 working days for pre-order items, unless otherwise specified). Should you require in stock items immediately please either order seperately to pre-order items or request and invoice for additional postage.
Layby is available for any purchase of $50 or more. Enter the code LAYBY at checkout. 20% (of goods only) deposit with full payment to be completed within 8 weeks
If full payment not completed within 8 weeks all monies will be refunded excluding the 20% deposit which Whoo's Cute will retain for administrative costs. Postage costs if required will be due on final payment. After initial order is placed PayPal invoice will be issued for the remaining layby payments to the email address entered at time of placing order.
Refunds & Damaged Items
At Whoo's Cute we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. If however an item is received which is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then a full refund or exchanged may be offered provided that the items are returned within a reasonable time with a proof of purchase.
Whoo's Cute must be contacted within seven (7) days of receiving item to discuss refund/exchange options.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
Please note returns are not available due to a "change of mind".
